Your place in our story

Responsible for overseeing and managing warranty service for newly constructed homes under Mintos MasterCare Program. Acts as the main point of contact for homeowners post-construction ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Heres how youll contribute

• Respond promptly to warranty requests and coordinate repairs with trade partners.

• Document all communications and resolutions in Mintos warranty system.

• Conduct on-site inspections to validate claims and ensure quality work.

• Communicate with homeowners about timelines expectations and coverage.

• Provide regular updates until requests are resolved.

• Confirm appointments with partners and homeowners 24 hours before.

• Authorize payments only after work meets quality and homeowner approval.

• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and prevent recurring issues.

• Keep current on building codes and warranty policies.

• Secure and monitor material deliveries and resolve discrepancies quickly.

• High school diploma required; construction-related degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.

• Minimum one (1) year experience in residential construction or warranty service.

• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and apply building codes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Teams and Outlook.

• Physically able to walk job sites and lift up to 25 lbs.
