Position: Warranty Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Warranty Experience Mandatory

Earnings: Based upon experience

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

You will report to the Service Managers of your respective dealership.

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Book warranty repair orders.
• Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
• Service contracts claim submission and follow up.
• Maintain receivables schedules.
• Work closely with a team of technicians service writers and supervisors
• Investigate overdue unsettled and short-paid claims.
• Maintain warranty database and records.

Requirements

• CDK and Auto Dealer experience is required!!
• Possess strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work well with others and be part of a team.
• Computer proficient
