Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Specialist to support daily shipping receiving and inventory operations. This role ensures products move in and out efficiently safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process domestic & international shipments
• Receive inspect and store incoming materials
• Pick pack label and stage orders for shipment
• Verify shipments against orders and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift hand truck)
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience with inventory systems (SAGE preferred)
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures hazmat a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures; may require standing lifting and occasional overtime.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $20-24/hr depending on experience
