Warehouser

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive inspect and record incoming shipments of materials and products.
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment following customer requirements and company standards.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts pallet jacks or other equipment.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures regulations and company policies.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts reach trucks and RF scanners.
Assist with training and mentoring Warehouse I personnel as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory issues or process improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in warehouse operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2 years of warehouse logistics or distribution experience.
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Exposure to warehouse conditions including varying temperatures and noise levels.

Exposure to the elements when working in outdoor sections of the facility (gear will be provided)
Frequent standing walking bending and lifting throughout the shift.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
