Warehouser

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform shipping receiving and stocking warehouse tasks.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Ensuring daily pre-use inspections are completed on equipment prior to operation.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean orderly and safe manner.
• Participate in shop inspections/investigations including shop environment equipment and HSE incidents
• Assemble containers and crates record contents manually pack goods to be shipped and provide shipping instructions.
• Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a high school diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Warehouse software experience required.
• 1 year warehouse experience required.
• 2-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Electric reach truck experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of rigging and loading preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Overtime may be required.
• On-call rotation is required.
• Must be able to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
