WarehouseParts Specialist Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse / Parts Specialist to join our team. This hands-on position combines warehouse operations inventory management order processing and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment takes initiative works independently with minimal supervision and enjoys ensuring parts are accurately received stored shipped and available when needed.

Part Time: 20 hours per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders including picking packing and preparing shipments and pickups
• Staging parts for Tech jobs
• Receive incoming shipments verify accuracy against purchase orders and properly stock parts
• Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system
• Assist with purchasing: create purchase orders follow up with vendors and source parts as needed.
• Update and maintain parts pricing costs and master data within the ERP system
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift pallet jack etc.) as needed
• Ship parts via FedEx UPS LTL carriers
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory or parts department role (industrial or similar industry preferred)
• Experience using an ERP system strongly preferred
• Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 5070 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Forklift certificate is needed within 30 days of start date.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative prioritize work and proactively address issues before they impact operations.
