Warehouse Worker

1 Resource Group Staffing is currently in search of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join the warehouse team of a reputable solar distribution company located near Swedesboro NJ. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Accurately document and manage inventory movement

• Match incoming materials with packing lists and purchase orders

• Keep warehouse areas clean organized and in compliance with safety standards

• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in shipping and receiving

• Proven forklift operation experience (certification a plus)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Familiarity with inventory software (SAP and/or ZOHO experience is a plus but not required)

• Strong attention to detail reliability and a solid work ethic
