Warehouse Team Member I

Location:Edwardsville KS 66111
Pay:$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Are you looking for a stable weekday warehouse position with a growing organization We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Team Member I to join our distribution team in Edwardsville this role you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked packed shipped and received while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets.
• Verify products quantities sizes and unit of measure before packing.
• Quality check and securely pack customer orders for shipment.
• Meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines.
• Receive incoming shipments and identify any discrepancies.
• Stock replenish and rotate inventory.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse.
• Follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as needed to support business demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse distribution or related experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
• Regularly bend stoop kneel reach grasp and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven warehouse environment.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
