Warehouse Team Leader

Location: McCarran NV
Department: Warehouse Operations
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Leader supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow guiding team members and ensuring efficiency accuracy and safety within the assigned area. This role acts as a key liaison between warehouse staff and leadership while driving performance and continuous improvement in outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute workload within the assigned area to meet daily production goals
• Set clear expectations and provide direction to team members
• Maintain housekeeping standards organization and bin location accuracy
• Identify and report damaged inventory and ensure proper documentation
• Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and supervisors to communicate needs and operational updates
• Support and help achieve daily productivity quality and service targets
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in workflow efficiency and material handling processes
• Train employees on job duties safety procedures and operational processes
• Encourage team participation in process improvement initiatives
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture for employees and visitors
• Assist with implementing process changes procedural updates and operational improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Support overall direction coordination and productivity within assigned area
• Assist with training assigning work and performance feedback
• Help address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Partner with supervisors to resolve operational and personnel challenges

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• 3 Years Forklift Experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending standing and movement throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work at elevated heights when required
• Minimal travel may be required
