We are on a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Warehouse Supervisor within our Elkhart IN facility.

General Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary owner for inventory across facilities including inventory accuracy cycle counting replenishment and KPI/data integrity.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies improving service levels and driving sustainable process standardization.
• Owns project management responsibilities including scope definition tracking progress and ensuring execution of key initiatives.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across processes.
• Ensures accountability and follow-through on open action items process gaps and performance issues.
• Supports growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels with focus on performance.
• Provides supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed
