Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient customer deliveries addressing any issues or delays.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate warehouse operations to support accurate and timely order fulfillment shipping receiving and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and delivery to ensure efficient workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols DOT regulations OSHA standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and building infrastructure as needed.
• Participate in branch meetings to discuss operational updates challenges and improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees vendors and branch leadership.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations safety procedures delivery processes and inventory management practices.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in logistics business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to lift carry or move items up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Capability to navigate and access all areas of the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
• Ability to work in varying environments including exposure to heat cold and noise as typical in warehouse and delivery settings.
