• Must be available to work 5:45 AM 5:45 PM

We are seeking experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead teams in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for ensuring productivity quality safety and customer service standards are consistently met while maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving inventory shipping and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and shipment processing.

• Monitor warehouse productivity and employee performance.

• Assign workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels.

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

• Train coach and support warehouse team members.

• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.

• Partner with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.

• Resolve operational issues and respond to operational challenges.

• Maintain warehouse records reports and operational documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes productivity and workplace efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager required.

• Strong leadership coaching and team management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Commitment to accuracy safety and continuous improvement.

• Inventory control forecasting and warehouse planning experience.

• Knowledge of shipping receiving and logistics operations.

• Understanding of DOT regulations and warehouse safety practices.

• Experience operating forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
