Warehouse Specialist

Pay: $21 $25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MUST BE FLEXIBLE: Tues - Sat 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / able to work Sundays as needed come in earlier and stay later as need.

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts tools and equipment needed to complete customer jobs efficiently.

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs

• Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work

• Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies

• Receive inspect and log incoming shipments

• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks

• Maintain and track inventory tools equipment and supplies

• Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments

• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed

• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs

• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases

• 3 years of related warehouse inventory or logistics experience required

• Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing and/or electrical systems is a plus

• Valid drivers license required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
