Job Title: Package Operator

Pay Rate:$14hr
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Packaging Operator Trainee position. No previous experience is required. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat and perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Palletize finished materials
- Perform general plant clean-up
- Connect and disconnect railcars
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Spanish is required; English is a plus (Spanish-only candidates are welcome)
- Ability to work outdoors year-round including in high temperatures
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
