Warehouse Slotter

• Manage unslotted inbound items on a daily basis.
• Serve as the Site Subject Matter Expert (SME) relating to slotting of products / items in the DC.
• Maintain product quality and customer requirements meeting all regulations for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) flammability considerations and commodity grouping.
• Balance efficiencies between all aspects of the business (receiving shipping etc.) in order to maximize the overall capacity and efficiency of the DC.
• Work closely with Site Leadership to drive productivity capacity reduce damage team performance all while keeping safety in mind.
• Generate retain and execute product location planning distro/allocation sale setup procurement forecasting moves lists seasonality resets and new business based on reports tools and insights provided by operation and corporate teams.
• Monitor manage and suggest modifications as necessary over discrepancies between what the systems and reality is showing related to exception reports slot capacities etc.
• Liaison between DC and corporate functions such as procurement to thoroughly and accurately manage all product dimensional issues & description related issues.

Position Requirements and Preferences:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred MHE Certification (Pallet jack & Lift) & Selector Experience (1 year)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Access experience preferred
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WICS EXE Triceps etc.) is a plus
• Has thorough warehouse systems knowledge
• Has general working knowledge of all departments
• Is a self-motivated critical thinker
• Has the ability to multitask prioritize and meet multiple sometimes changing goals
