Superior Fence & Rail the largest fence company in the country is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our team.

• $22$25 per hour (based on experience)

• MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

• Occasional overtime as needed

• Full-time year-round work

• Pick and process fence orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fencing

• Perform light carpentry and fence repair

• Load outgoing materials and verify order accuracy

• Move organize label and store materials in the yard/shop

• Operate a forklift (training/certification provided if needed)

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment

• Meet company safety productivity and quality standards

• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

• Willingness to pass a drug screening

• Experience in construction fencing carpentry framing or shop work preferred

• Detail-oriented dependable and safety-focused

• Positive attitude and strong time-management skills

• Takes pride in quality workmanship

• Has a stable work history

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Enjoys hands-on physical work in a fast-paced environment
