Job Summary

Warehouse Attendant
Location: Brenham TX 77833
Pay: $15.00-$17.00
Start: ASAP

Schedule: 7:30-4:00 pm Tuesday-Thursday

WILLING TO WORK 2-3 DAYS A WEEK
Able to operate forklift
Must pass back ground and drug screen

Duties

Unloading & Inspection: Unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming merchandise against purchase orders and packing slips.
Quality Assurance: Inspecting products for damage or defects and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
Stocking: Sorting labeling and placing items into designated storage locations or warehouse racks.
Tracking: Updating WMS and performing regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Picking: Locating specific items in the warehouse using a pick list or barcode scanner.
Packing: Safely boxing labeling and securing goods to pallets so they are prepared for transport.
Loading: Preparing outbound shipments for couriers and loading them onto delivery vehicles.

Equipment Operation & Safety

Machinery Use: Operating heavy machinery like forklifts pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Maintenance: Performing basic daily checks on equipment and keeping warehouseclean and clear of hazards.
