WAREHOUSE PACKER

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and packing frozen meals for shipment ensures that all items are accurately labeled and packaged according to company standards. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and packing food items based on order specifications.
• Ensure that all items are properly picked and packed according to company procedures
• Carefully review ticket notes to ensure order accuracy and adhere to order requests and directions.
• Perform quality control checks to verify items are as ordered undamaged and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks desirable.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing orders.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and moving packages.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage packaging schedules efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be able to pass clean criminal background checks
• Must be able to pass drug screening with a negative result
