Schedule

Shift Hours:3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Youll work one of the following schedules:

Schedule A

• Sunday
• Monday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

OR

Schedule B

• Sunday
• Monday
• Tuesday
• Friday
• Saturday

Your assigned schedule is based on your start week.

Please Note:After converting to a full-time employee overtime may extend shifts from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM based on business needs and seniority. During training overtime is optional.

What Youll Do

As a Warehouse Order Selector youll play an important role in ensuring grocery stores receive the products they need.

Responsibilities include:

• Use a voice-directed headset system to accurately select customer orders
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack throughout the shift
• Build and stack pallets for shipment to retail stores
• Safely lift carry and move grocery products
• Maintain productivity while following all warehouse safety procedures
• Work in refrigerated storage areas between34F and 37F
• Keep your work area clean organized and safe

What Were Looking For

Were seeking dependable individuals who:

• Have excellent attendance and reliability
• Can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Are comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures
• Can safely lift throughout an entire shift
• Are willing to learn warehouse equipment and procedures
• Can obtain certification to operate an electric pallet jack
• Are eligible to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employment limitations

Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical position.

Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 87 pounds to shoulder height
• Lift up to 76.5 pounds overhead
• Perform repetitive lifting bending reaching walking and standing throughout the entire shift

Safety Requirements

Safety is our top priority.

Before your first day youll need:

• Safety shoes (required slip-resistant shoes alone are not acceptable)
• Appropriate clothing for refrigerated warehouse temperatures
• Completion of required Alchemy Safety Training
