The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027 pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and at such time it will transition to CVC Capital applying for this position you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredients business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Receive inspect and process inbound materials while considering chemical and physical product characteristics to ensure proper storage and handling.
• Pick pack stage and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery requirements.
• Utilize warehouse management and inventory systems to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move raw materials packaging and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Verify product counts quantities labeling and overall condition during receiving storage and shipping activities.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational excellence.
• Support compliance with safety sanitation quality environmental and food safety standards across warehouse operations.
• Ensure shipment loads are properly configured and secured to maintain product integrity during transportation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production customer service and distribution objectives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma GED or equivalent education required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory verification and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Experience using computer systems for inventory transactions data entry and order processing.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and reliability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support operations and customer needs.

How You Would Stand Out

• Previous warehouse shipping receiving or distribution experience.
• Experience with computerized warehouse management systems inventory controls or cycle count programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word or other business software applications.
