The position will be based in Methuen MA.

Main responsibilities:

• Processes store returns and returns to vendors using proper Company policies.
• Coordinates with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting product rotation and space allocation.
• Conducts daily crew meeting to discuss safety productivity and accuracy.
• Communicates with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
• Supervises scheduling of inbound load appointments.
• Responsible for sign for sort and distribute inbound overnight carrier and mail service deliveries.
• Walks warehouse daily with Superintendent to ensure that safety security sanitation and pest control codes laws and policies and government regulations are maintained.
• Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Strong general knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with word processing and spreadsheets is helpful.
