About the Role
Join our dynamic logistics team as the Warehouse Operations Coordinator! Youll support daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination reporting customer communication and operational documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy communication and follow-through are essential.
What Youll Do
Coordinate warehouse billing documentation and administrative processes.
Prepare customer reports operational reports and tracking documentation.
Maintain accurate warehouse records files and operational documentation.
Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate communication between warehouse operations customers and internal departments.
Assist with inventory documentation reporting and process tracking.
Support operational scheduling and administrative coordination.
Monitor customer-specific processes and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements
What Were Looking For
1 year of experience in warehouse administration logistics or operations support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) inventory documentation billing support or operational reporting preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
