Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving putaway inventory control pickingpacking shipping and returns.
Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity safety and quality standards aremet.
Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts audits and process compliance.
Coordinate with transportation customer service and operations teams to ensure timely orderfulfillment.
Track and report warehouse KPIs including productivity accuracy SLA performance and laborefficiency.
Train coach and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
Enforce company policies safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards.
Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency andservice quality.
Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning scheduling and operational reporting

Qualifications:

• A bachelors Degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team management.
• Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Exceptional leadership influence organizational communication interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
