Location: Hunt Valley MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $27 to $35/hr

Solar Gaines is a leading commercial solar installer serving Maryland Washington D.C. Delaware and Virginia. As we continue to grow we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in helping businesses transition to clean renewable energy.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations as well as the development of their associates.

Essential Functions:

Receive audit and report inventory
Maintain an organized facility
Manage warehouse associates monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
Establish warehouse practices and protocols
Remain well-versed on the latest federal and state safety regulations
Communicate with other parties to ensure material is delivered promptly

Experience:

5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
Solar experience is a plus

Required Skills

Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification depending on business needs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and inventory management software
