What Youll Do:

• Lead manage and grow a high-performing sales team aligned with company goals.
• Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability.
• Hire coach and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and development.
• Track analyze and report on KPIs and team performance to leadership.
• Partner with the General Manager to align sales execution with business objectives.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a people-first service-driven approach.
• Stay current on market trends competitive positioning and industry best practices.

What You Need:

• 5 years of progressive sales experience including 3 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience implementing scalable sales systems and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC plumbing or home services experience preferred.
• All candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
