Warehouse Logistics Coordinator Dispatch 2nd Shift

• Communicate daily loading schedules priorities and updates to warehouse loaders.
• Coordinate split loads and picking requirements with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Identify and communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies providing solutions to minimize shipping delays.
• Support the loading team by resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the shift.
• Check in drivers upon arrival and verify appointment and shipment information.
• Prepare and distribute all required shipping and loading documentation including bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse inventory and transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments.
• Monitor loading progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure safe efficient and compliant shipping operations.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of warehouse logistics & planning experience
• Knowledge of the warehouse operations and procedures
• Forklift license (front retractable side loader a plus) w/2 yrs of recent forklift experience
• Product knowledge metal experience preferred
• SAP transactions to track deliveries/shipments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to calculate floor space in feet and weight distribution on the truck
• Downloading and recording picking photos
