Summary
CHS is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Pasco! This individual will be responsible for leading all activities in the warehouse picking orders loading trucks moving product etc. This individual will also deliver product to local customers during busy season.
If you do not currently have a CDL license we are willing to help the right candidate obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities
- Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
- Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
- Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
- Deliver products safely and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
- Report safety or customer issues promptly.
- Maintain strong safety culture.
- Perform other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1 years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to read write and communicate in English
Additional Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
- Hazmat Tanker and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Agriculture background preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bulk liquid Pressure trailer or Forklift experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to climb rail cars ladders stairs and bins and into back of trailer
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and depending upon position may include other earnings such as bonus incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include without limitation experience education training specialized skills and certifications minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
