Warehouse Lead

Location: Sparks NV
Pay Rate: $18/hour

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a busy processing center. This role is responsible for leading a team ensuring production efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality safety and organization.

• Supervise daily processing and production operations
• Lead train and support a team of 1325 employees
• Provide clear direction and maintain strong communication with management
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency accuracy and productivity
• Ensure proper handling scanning and shipping of products
• Maintain quality control and operational standards
• Assist with forklift operations as needed
• Enforce safety health and housekeeping procedures
• Support facility maintenance and compliance requirements
• Complete and deliver accurate reports on time
• Actively work on the production floor to support team operations

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or processing center experience
• At least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role
• Forklift experience required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
