Warehouse Lead [FLO FLC]

Warehouse Lead Associate is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations by coordinating associates ensuring productivity and safety goals are met maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the supervisor or manager with operational execution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the team during the shift and helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Monitor productivity quality and safety performance to meet operational goals.
• Assign work and adjust staffing based on workload and priorities.
• Train coach and mentor new and existing associates on standard operating procedures.
• Ensure accurate picking packing shipping receiving and inventory control.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Communicate shift updates priorities and performance expectations to the team.
• Assist supervisors with performance documentation attendance and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
