Job Summary
This is a full-time hourly level position.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse General Laborer performs all tasks related to material inventory management warehouse operations and shipping and receiving functions. The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure operations are as safe and efficient as possible.
This position includes a $1500 sign on bonus ($500 after the completion of a successful 90 day introductory period; $1000 after the completion of 180 days of continuous employment
Starting salary range for this position is $19-$21
Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently work with loaders and unloaders to position product where needed
Perform various warehouse duties
Pick stage and load orders for outbound shipments
Receive raw materials
Operate forklifts electric and manual pallet jacks and other equipment as required
Housekeeping duties
Assist with damage control
Organize pallets
Report all injuries illnesses near misses damage or other issues timely
