Air Squared Manufacturing Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical aerospace fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/Truck Driver to move inventory between facilities and local suppliers as well as receive store and distribute material and products within the warehouse and manufacturing floor. This position will be at our Commerce City Warehouse location when that location opens up in a few months.

Pay Range: $23 - $28 / hour based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Shipping unloading trucks receiving products against purchase orders in ERP
• Load and transport material via company truck to and from suppliers
• The majority of driving will be between the two facilities along with local pickups and deliveries
• Issue parts to work orders in ERP system and physically bring part to the proper location on the manufacturing floor
• Use ERP to move inventory between warehouse Work-in-process and outside operations
• Reads customer orders work orders shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed packaged and/or shipped
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as Part Number Sort Code or Bin Location
• Ensure the Warehouse is clean accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
• Help put systems in place to increase warehouse organization and efficiency
• Keep inventory highly organized and ensure all transactions in ERP system are done accurately
• Cycle count inventory on an ongoing basis
• Monitor inventory movements
• Conduct inventory audits investigation and root cause analysis
• Implement efficient inventory management practices
• Generate reports on inventory turnover stock levels and other metrics
• Sweep dust and mop as needed
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience with driving 16-foot and 26-foot trucks
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience with inventory control (preferred)
• Experience in database management analyzing and reporting data regarding inventory issues results trends solutions
• Must possess a valid state drivers license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record free of major moving violations or DUIs.
• Strong organizational skills ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Must be detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP software like Global Shop or SAP (preferred)

Location: Thornton Colorado initially and then Commerce City Colorado
