Position Overview
MEMCO is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate for a part-time opportunity in Harlingen TX. This position operates within a smaller warehouse environment with limited supervision making it ideal for someone who is self-motivated detail-oriented and comfortable managing daily warehouse responsibilities independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory tracking inventory counts warehouse organization and basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term position with room for growth and stability. The position is expected to transition into a full-time role as operations continue to expand.
Key Qualifications
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing daily tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide inventory updates and warehouse status reports
- Experience with inventory counting tracking and organization
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for daily inventory communication and reporting
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to load unload sort scan and organize inventory
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Seeking a long-term opportunity with room for growth and consistency
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 4050 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working with inventory such as water filtration units and components
- Basic computer or scanner experience (inventory tracking)
- Dependable and punctual
