Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for preparing and packaging medical equipment and supplies for distribution maintaining warehouse inventory cleaning and sterilizing equipment and serving as a backup delivery driver as needed.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Packages and prepares equipment and supplies for distribution
  • Fulfills patient orders by assembling required supplies
  • Completes delivery tickets requisitions purchase orders and packing slips accurately
  • Coordinates home medical equipment orders with pharmacist support
  • Schedules and coordinates patient deliveries
  • Stocks stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies
  • Maintains records of product lot numbers expiration dates and batch documentation
  • Monitors inventory levels of drug supplies and infusion pumps
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Supervisory Responsibility: No
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Preferred experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record if driving is required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician license if mandated by state
  • Apply warehouse policies and procedures accurately
  • Use sound judgment in inventory-related decisions
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess basic computer proficiency
  • Understand or quickly learn product codes and terminology
  • Percentage of Travel: 25-75%
  • Driving Position: Yes

**To perform this role will require frequently standing walking and typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally sitting bending reaching climbing (stairs/ladders) kneeling stooping and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21-30 lbs**
