Our Distribution Center in Warren MI is looking for a dedicated hardworking organized and detail oriented individual to join our team ! In this role yow will provide support in managing the facilitys administrative and physical supply chain. If you thrive in a fast -paced environment and take pride inaccuracy and organization you will be the perfect fit for this team.

**Shift needed Full-Time hours 715 am-4 pm Monday-Friday

Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Clerical Associate you will assist in managing the facilitys administrative and physical supply chain. You will track inventory level and enter data into our warehouse management system. This includes reconciling incoming orders fixing discrepancieskeeping track of packing slips and filing reports. Must maintain the delivery appointment book daily for dock workers and must be comfortable answering incoming calls on a multi - line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling incoming orders
• Fix discrepancies from stock orders.
• Keep complete packing slips with printed accounting report.
• Match invoices to completed packing slips/orders and then approve.
• Maintain delivery appointment book daily for dock workers.
• Answer phones when needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
