Job Summary

Steelwrist is a growing global manufacturer of industry-leading tiltrotators quick couplers and work tools for excavators. As our North American business continues to expand we are increasing local production in Newington Connecticut and are looking for a driven Warehouse Associate who wants to grow with us and help develop our U.S. operation for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving picking packing and shipping of parts and finished products.

  • Load unload move and store materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials against orders packing lists and system information.

  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material movements in the ERP system.

  • Support material flow to production and ensure parts are available where and when needed.

  • Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse.

  • Participate in inventory counts and help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Support continuous improvement and the development of more efficient standardized and digital warehouse processes.

Your Background
  • Previous experience in warehouse shipping receiving inventory or material handling.

  • Good forklift experience and safe material-handling practices.

  • Experience working with ERP inventory or warehouse management systems.

  • Comfortable using computers scanners and other digital tools.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
