Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable hard-working Warehouse Associate to support our Toledo branch operations. This position begins as a part-time warehouse role focused on supporting daily operations inventory management and customer service. The role will transition full-tine to include delivery driver responsibilities in addition to warehouse duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
Youll play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized supporting order fulfillment and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive organize and stock incoming materials
- Pick pack and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Process returns and log shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and safe
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers picking up orders
- Transition into delivery driver responsibilities including safely delivering products to customers while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer or handheld device skills preferred
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs.)
- Ability to stand walk bend and remain active throughout the shift
- Prior warehouse shipping/receiving or distribution experience is a plus but not required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a DOT medical physical
- Ability to safely operate a company delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies and DOT requirements
