Job Summary
Keter is seeking motivated safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and manufacturing operations at our Portersville PA facility. This role is responsible for the safe accurate and efficient movement of raw materials components and finished goods throughout the plant.
Warehouse Associates may perform a variety of functions including material handling inventory transactions production support finished goods wrapping product staging warehouse transfers trailer loading and forklift operation. Team members may be assigned to different warehouse activities based on experience training operational needs and business demands.

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and actively support Keters safety culture.
- Operate forklifts clamp trucks and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns or equipment issues.
- Move raw materials components packaging materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Supply production lines with materials to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Return unused materials to warehouse storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform finished goods wrapping staging scanning and quality verification activities.
- Load and unload trailers while ensuring product protection and load quality.
- Utilize SAP and RF scanning systems to execute inventory transactions and material movements.
- Process warehouse production and shipping transactions accurately and timely.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts audits and inventory verification activities.
- Maintain organized warehouse staging and loading areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and established work instructions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
- Cross-train and perform other warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned including machine operation when needed.

Requirements:
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of forklift experience (sit-down electric or propane preferred).
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift move and handle materials as required by the position.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Previous warehouse manufacturing logistics or distribution experience.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Experience working with SAP or similar inventory systems.
