Job Summary
Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 6 Months 15 Days (Possible Extension)
Location: Swedesboro NJ 08085
Shift: 2nd Shift (Sunday Thursday)
Sunday: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (OT Available)
Monday Thursday: 5:30 PM 2:00 AM (OT Available)
Key Responsibilities
- Pull pick and select customer orders accurately.
- Receive and process inbound shipments.
- Put away inventory and scan products using warehouse scanners.
- Operate reach truck and pallet jack safely.
- Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Support shipping receiving and inventory activities.
- Work closely with supervisors and warehouse team to complete daily tasks.
- Follow warehouse procedures and meet productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Requirements
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Order picking and order selecting experience.
- Inbound receiving and inventory put-away experience.
- RF Scanner / Barcode Scanner experience.
- Reach Truck operating experience (Certification Required).
- Pallet Jack experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Must wear safety toe boots.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience.
- Experience with warehouse inventory systems (WMS).
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Material handling experience.
- Forklift certification (if available).
