Job Summary

KGH Logistics is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing this role youll support the day-to-day warehouse operations by accurately picking packing and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment.

As part of your daily responsibilities youll operate a forklift to retrieve and stage orders use warehouse scanners and computer systems to process inventory and work closely with your teammates to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Whether youre an experienced warehouse professional or just getting started we welcome applicants of all experience levels-were happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Operate a forklift safely to retrieve move and stage materials.
Use handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory and shipments.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
Maintain an organized clean and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety procedures including proper lifting techniques and HAZMAT requirements.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand walk bend lift and perform physical work throughout the day.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.
Knowledge of forklift operation is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
