Madhappy is a Los Angeles-based clothing brand made for a community of optimists born in 2017. Madhappy uses apparel events and experimental retail spaces including its permanent flagship in West Hollywood to explore a personal expression as a means to an improved state of mind. Its own seasonal stores with past and present locations including New York City (Soho) Aspen Miami East Hampton and Tokyo are each designed to reflect their site while still sharing the brands DNA. The brand currently produces a selection of ever-evolving evergreen classic styles seasonally available collections and collaborations. Madhappy supports research and awareness in mental health through The Madhappy Foundation (a 501c(3) non-profit) and writes Local Optimist a print magazine. About the job

We are looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate for Madhappy.

In this position you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including order fulfillment inventory management receiving shipping and returns processing. This role will be working within our Operations team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

You must be based in or willing to move to Los Angeles to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support DTC ecommerce fulfillment and retail store transfer orders

• Assist with inbound receiving putaway and inventory replenishment

• Verify transfer orders and bulk shipments for accuracy

• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives

• Assist with seasonal volume increases launches and sale events

• Follow warehouse SOPs safety procedures and quality control standards

• Pick pack and ship e-commerce wholesale retail and internal orders accurately and efficiently

• Process customer returns inspect merchandise and restock inventory when appropriate

• Organize label and maintain inventory within warehouse locations

• Assist with cycle counts inventory audits and discrepancy resolution

• Support transfers between warehouse locations retail stores and events

• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment

About you

Qualifications

• 1 years of warehouse fulfillment logistics or operations experience preferred

• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment warehouse operations or logistics preferred

• Familiarity with Shopify ShipHero ShipStation or similar systems preferred

• Experience in apparel retail or consumer goods environments is a plus

• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons and major launches

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Benefits package available upon hire

Compensation

$18.50 - $24 per hour

Compensation will be determined based on experience skills and qualifications.
