This is a hands-on position with an opportunity to learn a variety of warehouse manufacturing and fabrication of traffic-safety signage. People with relevant warehouse construction manufacturing fabrication or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.

What Youll Do

As a Warehouse Associate youll perform a variety of tasks to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations including but not limited to:

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders.
• Pull organize stage and prepare materials for delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks including manual loading and unloading.
• Assemble and disassemble barricades.
• Perform sheeting and weeding of signs and related materials.
• Assist with screen printing.
• Perform welding and related fabrication tasks as assigned.
• Operate pressure washers and assist with cleaning products and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Store organize and maintain materials.
• Keep shelves pallet areas workstations and shipping areas clean and organized.
• Perform general warehouse cleanup including sweeping organizing and removing debris.
• Complete daily paperwork and documentation as required.
• Follow established quality and service standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members to accomplish daily goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow quality and service standards and comply with company procedures rules and regulations.
• Ability to maintain and properly use required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively with a team.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to work safely outdoors and in varying or adverse environmental and weather conditions.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry at least 50 pounds; manual labor is required.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to work from elevated platforms ladders and truck beds.
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Successful completion of an initial drug screening and background check.
• Must maintain company standards for background checks criminal record driving record and controlled substance/drug testing requirements throughout employment as applicable.

Desired Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Working knowledge of MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) operations.
• Previous warehouse manufacturing construction traffic-control fabrication or general labor experience.
• Experience with welding screen printing sign production or related manufacturing work.
• Experience operating warehouse or production equipment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on position in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. The job may require working indoors and outdoors and exposure to varying weather conditions noise dust machinery vehicles tools and other typical warehouse and production conditions.

The position requires frequent standing walking bending stooping reaching lifting carrying pushing and pulling. Employees must be capable of frequently lifting at least 50 pounds and working from ladders elevated platforms and truck beds.

All employees are expected to follow required safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
