We Are Looking For

The Warehouse Associate III is an experienced position responsible for advanced warehouse tasks including training detailed inspections and process optimization. This role is responsible for enhancing warehouse productivity with minimal supervision utilizing broad operational knowledge to resolve inventory discrepancies or shipping delays and managing incoming receiving and shipping schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• 3 years of warehouse experience including demonstrated proficiency in inventory management shipping processes and equipment operations preferred
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to guide and support less experienced associates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to report issues provide feedback and assist in training
• Problem-solving skills to address basic operational and shipping challenges with some analysis
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures with a focus on continuous improvement

Special Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• ITAR requirement
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
