Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Fort Worth TX. As a Warehouse Associate I youll help deliver the products that support clean water safe food and healthy environments around the world. Youll play a key role in supporting shipping receiving inventory and warehouse operations. Youll ensure customer orders are picked packed and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Reads orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts wraps and labels shipments and delivers to assembly line packing or shipping areas.
• Material Handling: Receives counts processes stores and distributes materials tools equipment and products within the facility; loads/unloads items from parts or shelves pallets racks shelves and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensures safe transit using appropriate equipment.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping : Notifies coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
• General Operations: Opens containers maintains a clean and safe workspace may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

• Plant Location: Fort Worth TX.
• Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of plant or warehouse experience
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam
