Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including crating packing inventory control loading and unloading materials and preparing products for shipment. This role requires physical strength reliability and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment
Perform packing crating and material preparation for outbound orders
Load and unload inventory materials and finished goods (up to 60 lbs)
Maintain accurate inventory control counts and documentation
Operate company vehiclesincluding forkliftsfor product movement and deliveries (as certified)
Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging organizing and maintaining a clean work area
Support any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needs
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
Ability to lift 60 pounds consistently
Ability to work in hot cold and seasonal warehouse conditions
Valid Drivers License
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong physical fitness and stamina
Reliable punctual and professional demeanor
Positive attitude extroverted personality and ability to get along well with the team
Preferred Traits
Amiable teamoriented and cooperative
Strong work ethic with a positive outlook
Comfortable working in a handson fastmoving environment
$16 - $19 an hour
