TheWarehouse Associateplays a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely and this hands-on positionyoullreceive sort pick pack load and unload products while accurately fulfilling customer orders andmaintaininginventory accuracy.

Working in a fast-paced environmentyoullhelp ensure every order is handled with care and delivered on time while supporting a clean organized and safe warehouse. Success in this role comes from a strong commitment to teamwork quality productivity and deliveringan exceptionalcustomer experience.

Hourly Wage: $19/hour
Schedule:M-F1stshift (6am-230pm) and 2ndShift (9:30am-6pm)
Location:Freemont- AFH Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse duties such as pick orders receive/stow productunloadand load trailers

• Fulfill orders forAFH(Away from Home) retail and wholesale channels inan accurateand quality manner to avoid damage

• Ensure shipments are loaded and received on the correct trucks within the assigned deadlines

• Partner with theWarehouseManageron a daily basistodeterminethe work that needs to be completed for theday

• Utilize carrier sites and DAX proficiently when applicable

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to read understand and accurately follow written instructions in English.

• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime including occasionalshort-noticeshifts based on business needs.

• Commitment tomaintaininga safe work environment and following all safety procedures.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling products inventory and customer orders.

• Ability to obtainForklift Certification and/or electrical pallet jack.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to lift move and carry products while working on your feet throughout your shift.

Preferred:

• Previouswarehouse distribution manufacturing or shipping/receiving experience

• Experience with warehouse technology including RF scanners or ERP systems (D365).

• Proficiencywith ERP systems and supply chain software platforms specifically D365.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Exposures:

• Must be able to remain onfeetfor extended periods including shifts exceeding 9 continuous hours.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to50 pounds.

• Must be able to perform tasks that involve frequentpushing pulling bending reaching.

• Workenvironment includes exposure to airborne particles moving mechanical parts muscular strain and high noise levels.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $19/hour. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the applicants qualifications years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education certifications or licenses other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors and the geographic location of the addition to base pay individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
