• This role is split between warehouse work and delivery driving
• This is a physically active job involving frequent lifting sorting and movement
• You will be in and out of the vehicle during the delivery portion of the shift
• You will be working both indoors (warehouse) and outdoors in Arizona heat
• The pace is fast during early morning operations with strict timelines
• Routes and assignments may vary day-to-day based on operational needs

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate/Flex Driver you will begin your day supporting warehouse operations by preparing freight and materials for daily delivery routes. This includes sorting staging loading and maintaining organization within the warehouse. After completing warehouse responsibilities you will transition into a delivery role operating an extended high roof Sprinter van to support local business-to-business deliveries by handling overflow partial routes or assigned deliveries across the Phoenix metro area.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Sort and stage incoming and outgoing freight accurately
• Prepare materials and routes for outbound delivery drivers
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
• Communicate delays damaged freight or operational issues promptly
• Work efficiently to meet early morning deadlines and dispatch schedules
• Assist with general warehouse labor and operational support as needed
• Safely and professionally operate an extended highroof Sprinter van on assigned local routes
• Complete scheduled businesstobusiness pickups and deliveries throughout the Phoenix area
• Load unload lift and transport packages throughout the shift
• Use companyissued mobile technology for routing updates and documentation
• Conduct pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections
• Maintain delivery accuracy and ontime performance
• Represent Above and Beyond Delivery with professionalism at all customer locations
• Communicate delays route issues equipment concerns or heatrelated fatigue promptly
• Keep assigned vehicles clean organized and professional
• Follow all company policies safety standards and DOT/insurance requirements

Work Schedule

• Start time 5:00-6:00 AM
• Hybrid role between warehouse and delivery driving.
• Early shift: Warehouse Operations
• Remaining shift: Delivery Driving

• Local routes home daily
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs

Training & Support

• Paid onboarding and training
• Hands-on training in warehouse operations and route procedures
• Coaching on route procedures lifting techniques and heat management

Qualifications

• 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Valid drivers license with clean MVR
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working past paced physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat

• Comfortable using mobile apps electronic routing tools and email

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality (early start required)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Work Environment:

This position operates in both a warehouse and delivery setting. Early mornings are fast-paced and team-oriented focused on preparing routes accurately and on time. The delivery portion involves steady local driving frequent stops and outdoor conditions. Team members are expected to stay active flexible and focused on safety and performance throughout the day.
