Warehouse Associate First Shift 6am-2pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a growing company in the furniture interior design and home staging industry. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with basic data entry and inventory support. The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented eager to learn and takes pride in producing quality work.

This role offers the opportunity to learn specialized furniture handling techniques including professionally wrapping newly manufactured custom furniture for storage and transport.

• Perform accurate data entry and inventory-related administrative tasks.
• Assist with tracking furniture inventory and warehouse documentation.
• Learn and perform specialized shrink-wrapping techniques for newly manufactured custom furniture.
• Inspect furniture and products before wrapping and staging.
• Maintain organization throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving staging and moving furniture within the warehouse.
• Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding priorities and workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Realizar captura de datos e ingresar información de inventario con precisión.
• Apoyar en el seguimiento y control de muebles mercancía e inventario.
• Aprender y ejecutar técnicas especializadas para envolver muebles personalizados recién fabricados utilizando plástico termoencogible (shrink wrap).
• Inspeccionar muebles y productos antes de prepararlos para almacenamiento o envío.
• Mantener el almacén limpio organizado y seguro.
• Mover y acomodar muebles dentro del almacén según sea necesario.
• Apoyar en actividades generales de almacén y organización de mercancía.
• Comunicarse de manera efectiva con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.
• Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.

• 1 year of warehouse inventory shipping/receiving manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience handling furniture home goods or large items is a plus but not required.

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en almacén inventarios embarques y recibos manufactura o áreas relacionadas.
• Conocimientos básicos de computadora y captura de datos.
• Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procedimientos.
• Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender nuevas habilidades.
• Excelente puntualidad y asistencia.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Experiencia manejando muebles o artículos grandes es una ventaja pero no es requerida.

• Ability to lift move and handle furniture and warehouse materials safely.
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic excellent attendance and a positive attitude. Technical skills for basic data entry are important but we can teach the furniture wrapping techniques. The right candidate is dependable eager to learn and takes ownership of their work.
