Job Summary:Our client in Mt. Laurel NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a full-time Temp to Hire opportunity paying $19.00 per hour. The schedule for this shift is 7AM-3:30PM

The ideal candidate will assist multiple warehouse departments including assembly shipping and receiving operations. This position is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn new skills within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembly Support: Assist with light assembly projects and production-related tasks as needed.
• Shipping Operations: Prepare products for shipment verify order accuracy and help maintain organized staging areas.
• Receiving Duties: Unload incoming materials and inventory while verifying deliveries and stocking products.
• Departmental Assistance: Provide support across various warehouse departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Material Handling: Safely move materials and products throughout the facility while following safety procedures.
• Equipment & Tools: Utilize hand tools and basic warehouse equipment to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Previous warehouse assembly shipping receiving or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions.
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Steel Toe Work Boots (STWB) required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
