Warehouse Associate 4 Quality Specialist

Youll play a critical role in investigating quality complaints and driving corrective actions that make a real impact on our global reputation.

• Guardian of Quality:Perform rigorous quality inspections on customer parts machinery and warranty evaluations.
  
  

• The Auditors Eye:Conduct daily audits of inbound receipts and outbound shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy.
  
  

• Data Driven:Develop and maintain metrics to track progress toward zero-error shipping goals.
  
  

• Problem Solver:Collect failure data process non-conformance reports and work closely with the Quality Manager to initiate improvements.
  
  

• Collaborative Leader:Provide direct feedback to warehouse leads on pulling or packaging errors to help the team grow and improve.
  
  

• Versatility:Assist with reboxing projects and support other warehouse departments (Warehouse 1 & 3) as needed.
  
  

• Experience:At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required; quality or inspection experience is highly preferred.
  
  

• Tech-Savvy:Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
  
  

• Certified:Must have a forklift certification or the ability to achieve one quickly.
  
  

• Communicator:Ability to read write and speak English clearly with the confidence to present information to small groups or clients.
  
  

• Math & Logic:Comfortable with fractions percentages and decimals as well as solving practical problems in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Strength:Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  
  

• Agility:Regularly required to stand walk reach and climb.
  
  

• The Setting:A dynamic warehouse environment where noise levels are consistent with forklift traffic and temperatures can fluctuate with the seasons.
