Warehouse Associate 3PL
Location: Spokane WA
Compensation: $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30-5:00pm (or whenever job is complete)

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) youll help pick organize and prepare auto parts orders for shipmentkeeping our supply chain running strong. This active high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy teamwork and personal growth. Whether youre pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Multiple shifts competitive pay and incredible incentives await!

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull scan package and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack wrap and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks forklifts order pickers and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO

• Are you 18 years of age or older
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all daystanding walking bending and climbing ladders
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced accuracy-driven environment
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (Preferred but not required)
